Learning & Development Manager
This is a permanent role based in my client's Teesside offices supporting their global engineering organisation.
Global Engineering organisation.
In this role you will work as part of the HR team with full ownership of the L&D strategy.
Be the learning specialist and develop appropriate learning strategy plans for each business unit.
Drive engagement and promote apprenticeships and development.
Review existing learning solutions and deliver innovative and digital learning solutions.
Review and advise on leadership development plans.
Own the Talent agenda for the business and live and breath those values.
Relevant CIPD/L&D qualification or equivalent
Experience of owning the learning strategy for an organisation within the Engineering/Technical field.
Evidence of leading and developing talent programmes including apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
Positive, creative, strategic and operational in your approach.
Experienced in leadership development, coaching and using psychometric tools.
