HR Business Partner
Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners to support a specialist business unit with strategic HR advice
We have an opportunity to work as an interim HR Business partner with a large organisation on the Jurassic Coast, in Dorset.
This is a role for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a business unit of 800+ employees where you will be providing strategic and senior level HR advice to the leadership team during a time of significant change and transformation. Key responsibilities will include
- Challenge the status quo driving organisational effectiveness, providing expertise in organisational design & development, change management and supporting the transformation of services.
- Deliver value-added HR & OD activities aligned with the strategy, driving change and improving performance, maximising employee engagement and developing talent.
- Act as the gatekeeper to the HR & OD service, actively championing the service, ensuring the organisation's understanding of its strategic role and creating a high profile reputation by providing high value and high impact people solutions.
- Act as a conduit for feedback between the relevant directorate(s) and the wider HR service, representing service specific needs back to HR & OD colleagues and vice versa.
Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners with a background of working within complex unionised organisations and also previous experience of working strategically with a senior management team,
This is an interim assignment starting in October until End of March 2019
