HR Assistant Job Interim

Your new company are dominators in the world of pharmaceutical and chemical production, based in the idyllic region of East Lancashire this vacancy is now only available due to maternity cover for a 12 month interim period to assist in their busy Clitheroe site.
Your new role
You will be using Kronos to handle all pay-related processes, maintaining the database and predominantly overseeing the entirety of the employee life cycle in this job, from producing job adverts, letters and contracts right the way through to leavers and starter checks. You will be providing timely and accurate administrative support to the wider HR team and dealing with 1st queries from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be confident and comfortable in your use of Microsoft Excel and competent in using and picking up HR systems. You will be well rehearsed in the employee life cycle/recruitment process and will be able produce accurate and professional documentation and strong administrative skills.
What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a staggering £24000-£28000 for the right person, as well as a cash bonus upon completion of the 12 month fixed term contract.
