UK Payroll Specialist £28k to £38k + Benefits - Middlesex

A leading global organisation seek an experienced UK Payroll Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting role for the right individual who wants to be part of forward thinking team and dynamic employer.

The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery, including payroll preparation activities, in co-ordination with their outsourced provider SAP. It provides transactional support and payroll query management.

The role:

Prepare and monitor payroll date and ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing

Work in co-ordination with the outsourced provider (SAP) to ensure gross to net data is prepared and submitted on time, review pre-payroll run data and verification, and provide final sign off to vendor prior final payroll run to employees

Conduct start of year payroll and end of year payroll administration, preparation and processing activities working with payroll service provider

Support audits and regulatory requests for payroll data and respond to and process requests for changes to payroll data

Monitor payroll input data quality (rewards, performance, TNA etc.) and process payroll impacts

Provide subject matter expertise in all payroll processes and a sound knowledge of end to end payroll delivery

Identify, raise and apply continuous improvements to services

Must have's:

Strong UK payroll knowledge and skill set

Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ideally SAP/Workday)

High levels of attention to detail

Strong Business Partner and confident communicator

Team player

Someone who looks for improvements/streamline process and procedures.
