Regional HR Advisor
Supporting the East Midlands and Northern Home Counties this role is responsible for providing operational HR support to a multi site division of a market leading organisation. You will be working with the management team on resourcing, talent and succession, learning and development, reward and employee relations. This is a role where you are able to be fairly strategic as well as ensuring all operational HR issues are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
You will ideally already be operating in an autonomous regional HR role within a large complex business and have a strong knowledge of UK employment law and previous case management experience. You will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and have excellent influencing skills. You will have drive and a passion for what you do and integrity when dealing with sometimes difficult issues. This role is home based but you will be expected to be out in the business the vast majority of the time. Sites are in Leicester, Bury St Edmonds, Milton Keynes and Oxford.
