The new Reward & Benefits Coordinator will be joining one of the most welcoming and supportive Reward Teams I have had the pleasure of working with. From the get go, you will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone, and dive into every aspect of reward. This is the chance for any HR professional with a genuine interest for reward to be part of a friendly and sociable environment.
You will be working closely with the Reward Manager, and be involved with all aspects of reward on an international scale, including; answering queries on a daily basis, supporting the team on salary review and benefits administration, and numerous ad-hoc projects.
Essential Skills/ Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- Strong administration experience within a corporate environment
- Excellent Excel skills
- Motivated, professional and reliable
- A keen interest in reward
