Oakleaf Partnership are representing a rapidly growing business to business organisation, recruiting for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join their HR function.

Our client is looking for an experienced Workday specialist to drive the automation and improved functionality of Workday, by working closely with the business to digitalise the HR function whilst implementing a new Learning Management System.

You will be operating in a standalone HRIS role, taking full ownership of the ever evolving HRIS function. You will be managing HR systems across Workday, Payroll and LMS, facing off with senior level stakeholders and third party suppliers. A large focus on this position is will be improving the HRIS offering through process mapping, improved functionality and system integrations.
