This is a part time role, 21 hours per week, e.g. three full days or five half days

My client, a leading professional services business, is looking for a HR Advisor to support their Leeds site in providing a client focused service. Assisting line managers and their people through professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice and support.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Providing first line HR and ER support & advice to line managers and employees
  • Ownership of the Recruitment Control process from initial sign off to on boarding
  • Updating the HR Database and ensuring the monthly HR Report is completed
  • Ensuring all, sickness, absences and holidays are reported and recorded accurately
  • Providing administration support to the HR team
  • Organising Occupational Health Referrals
  • Overseeing all administration of the Employee Induction Process
  • Ensuring HR files are maintained effectively
  • HR Owner of HR and Payroll Database
  • Overseeing the administration of the Exit process for all leavers
  • Supporting with the development and take ownership on the maintenance of HR Policies & procedures
  • Contributing to HR projects when required
  • Any general HR administration or ad hoc duties at the discretion of the HR Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a progressive HR function. The ideal candidate will have previously operated within a multisite operation.
