A well known, household named Charity, with offices in Central London and Surrey, is looking to appoint a Learning & Development Advisor for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The role of the Learning & Development Advisor will be to join an existing team who are responsible for developing and delivering strategy across the organisation. The role will be to develop, deliver and evaluate training through various learning approaches. The Learning & Development Advisor will identify training and development needs across the organisation through regular reviews with line managers.

With previous experience working in Learning & Development, you will be able to design new content, have an up to date awareness of e-training techniques and be able to deliver new and existing training programmes.

The Charity has an office in Surrey and also in Central London, The Learning and Development Advisor will predominately be based in Surrey, with some travel to London, but, the opportunity also offers a work from home scheme. The Charity was formed in 1804 and prides itself on being the worlds leading organisation in it's specialist area. The Charity promotes itself through well known events such as the Chelsea Flower Show and Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
