In House Recruiter (Graduate Campaign)
Hudson are actively working to support our client in securing an In House Resourcing Consultant to join their Graduate Recruitment Team, where the successful candidate will contribute to sourcing the highest calibre of graduates to their prestigious organisation.

The Talent & Development team are a part of the wider HR Team where key focus areas is to provide a seamless HR service to across the business and continue to use the best methods available to attract the best talent in today's market place.
Key to being a success in this role will be having had proven experience in Graduate Recruitment Campaigns where you are comfortable with the full cycle of graduate recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting talented, diverse graduates onto the Business Operations programme and managing the recruitment and selection process, whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working alongside the Graduate Recruitment team to deliver a programme of campus events, building relationships with university faculties and developing innovative ways of attracting graduate talent. You will be partnering with key stakeholders across the business to deliver graduate activities, including but not limited to events, marketing materials, recruitment processes and continual improvement of our graduate offerings.
This role would be suited to an experienced In House recruiter who has had focused on Graduate Campaigns, alternatively managing High Volume Campaigns. You will have the ability to manage and influence relationships with senior stakeholders, along with being an innovative and creative thinker who thrives on contributing to the overall success of the team.
