HR Manager, 12 months FTC
This very successful Asset Manager is looking to hire an HR Manager on a 12 months FTC in response to growth and diversification.
The role will support the Head of HR aligning an HR strategy and practices with the company's vision and objectives. Ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of HR initiatives, you will support a senior stakeholder client group touching everything from employee relations and performance management to recruitment and restructuring, as well as manage the mid-year and year-end annual performance review processes and HR reporting.
The role will suit a commercial HR generalist who enjoys the day-to-day variety of HR activity. It will also suit someone who has experience of working in an SME (UK or global) environment and an autonomous or small HR environment.
A strong relationship builder, you'll have an approachable, pragmatic and solutions oriented approach to reflect the cultural dynamics of an SME financial services environment. With an understanding of current regulatory environment, you will have the ability to multi-task, manage upwards and offer demonstrable experience delivering to deadlines.
