An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Business Partner for an insurance firm based in Central London. In this role, you will be reporting into the Senior HRBP.
Your new role
In your new HRBP role, you will be responsible for supporting both the business plan and any higher level HR strategy. You will be supporting your client group on a wide range of HR-related functions, including Talent Acquisition, succession planning, coaching, reward and recognition, and workforce planning. You will also be managing Employee Relations issues to a successful conclusion, limiting the operational and financial risk. Furthermore, you will be providing comprehensive advice around company policy and procedure, employment legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will have HR Business Partnering experience within the Insurance/Financial Services industry. Extensive HR experience is required, as is experience supporting a senior client group. You will have provided comprehensive advice and guidance around company policy and procedure, and will have strong employment law knowledge. Furthermore, you will have exceptional strategic, operational, and transactional competence, and be able to contribute to the continued delivery of a client-centric HR service.
