Senior HR Business Partner for an Engineering company in Salfords, Surrey.
Your new company
Our engineering client is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in their office in Salfords, Surrey for a 12 month FTC maternity cover. The HR EMEA team as a whole support 1,700 employees through EMEA and this individual will have a client group consisting approx. 500 across multiple business areas and locations.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager and will be responsible for a broad range of duties including ER, Organisational design, business and acquisitions and dealing with all/any employee relation issues and queries. You will be providing HR business partnering services for managers across a number of locations and business units; coach, guide and implement strategies to meet both long term and short-term business goals. Build strong, effective, decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have extensive and proven experience as a HR Business partner in a complex, high volume, fast paced organisation. You must also have experience in Employee Relations, knowledge of HR Law and managing acquisition and joint ventures. You must also have a full driving licence due to having to do some ad hoc travel between offices.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £55,000-£60,000 based on experience plus flexible working, the opportunity of a 9.5 day working week, up to 8% company pension contribution, healthcare cash back plan, 25 days holiday and free onsite parking.
