Oakleaf are working with a global Financial Services organisation. They are looking for a Head of Reward on an initial 6 month contract. Responsibilities will include:Managing and developing a team of 6Establishing processes and policies underpinning the compensation cycle for all locations and managing its delivery in a challenging environmentRemCo, drafting papers and presenting on agenda itemsManaging long term incentive scheme and any changes to the existing planGender pay reportingResponsibility for Executive compensation planningLiaising with the Senior Management population on all compensation policies and processes.Year end compensation process If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to how develop the Reward function for this organisation then please get in touch now.
