Our client is an internationally respected professional services firm who are appointing a newly created role of Compensation Manager. As a brand, this organisation is recognised as leader in it's field, delivering solutions for their clients to the highest level of complexity and quality. Based in the city the role will require an individual who is able to work from top to bottom in advising partners around reward strategy and approach, through to delivering annual comp cycles and dealing with granular, day to day issues.
Building on what is a brown field site, the role will reviewing existing approach to compensation within the firm, updating and evolving practices. An in-depth ability to analyse and create reports, set policy, manage demanding stakeholders in HR and more general management across different locations and time zones will make this a challenging and rewarding role.
As an experience compensation professional you will be able to demonstrate a career history within complex, international organisations. You will have experience of team management and an high level of academic achievement. Previous experience within a partnership or professional services firm would be highly advantageous.
