My client is a joint venture business who are looking for a HRBP to join their London office. They are going through a significant change transformation across the business so they need an experienced HRBP with experience in this. You will have the desire and passion to work for a business who are changing people's lives for the better, working closely with a tight-knit team of HR Business Partners.

As a HRBP you will support the business in working towards implementing their new People strategy. You must have strong change experience with the ability to create and embed this change across the business. Building trust and relationships with employees and managers is key to this role, where you will focus on targeting key areas of improvement including ER, retention, sickness and absence.

Duties will include:

Give a strategic HR perspective, including at Senior Management Meetings, regarding HR aspects of business development and workforce planning;

Act as the HR lead to support line managers through organisational change (Restructures, TUPE, change management, mobilisations, demobilisations etc) within the designated business area;

Responsible for the compilation and monitoring of HRMI, identifying and analysing trends in order to provide solution focussed advice to the business on appropriate action, including measuring and reporting of outcome e.g. absence and attrition;

Drive the implementation and assess the impact of new and amended HR policies and procedures and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders to aid business improvement and achievement of objectives;

Manage a wide range of complex casework, up to and including Employment Tribunal level, coaching and providing support and advice to people managers;

Work strategically with people managers to develop appropriate resource plans and work with the Talent and Acquisition team to facilitate the recruitment of high calibre employees;

Coach and support senior managers in order to improve people management capabilities;

Build and maintain positive working relationship with recognised trade unions including Negotiating or consulting (as appropriate) on issues concerning the designated business area;

To oversee and manage bidding activity when required.
