Badenoch & Clark have partnered with a leading organisation on the South Coast in their campaign to recruit a new Reward Analyst. Sitting as part of the HR Team, this is a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing policies around Reward and Compensation & Benefits.
Oversight of management information and production of data reports
Management of HR and Business systems.
Production of MI on key HR Trends and Metrics
Leading on annual reviews into pay and salary benchmarking

Exciting project opportunities will include the introduction of a performance based incentive scheme, continuous improvement programmes on HRIS and leading on new job evaluation processes.

Ideally you will come from a background focusing on Reward, Compensation, Pay and Benefits although generalist HR experience with strong exposure to Reward would also be suitable.
Strong experience of leading pay reviews and salary benchmark, beyond traditional frameworks and set pay increases would be useful, alongside additional exposure to leading on Reward Projects.
