Employee Relations & Case Consultant
6 month FTC

Our Investment client is looking to recruit an ER & Case consultant to join their growing London ER & Policy team on a 6 month contract. Within this role you will provide expert advice and coaching in hands on case management, employment law and HR Policy, with key focus on case management. This is a chance to develop great relationships across the business and provide a high standard of customer service to a variety of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have extensive Employee Relationship and Case Management experience within an Investment Management or wide Financial Services regulated environment along with:

  • Excellent technical skills and a proven track record in case management, employment legislation, employee relations and HR Policies.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven ability to del effectively with people at all levels build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience of working with collective representatives - unions/staff associations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
