HR Advisor - Asset Management - £45,000-£55,000 - Central London
Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Advisor for a global Asset Management firm based in Central London. In this role, you'll be reporting to the HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new HR Advisor role, you'll be managing the end-to-end recruitment function, providing consultative and comprehensive advice to senior stakeholders around ER issues, and covering HR-related process administration. Furthermore, you'll be involved in the L&D function, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and coaching managers around HR policy and legislation. Your HR Advisor role will also require you to oversee maternity/paternity cases, act as the first point of call for all HR-related queries, and be involved in ad-hoc HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Advisor position, you will have experience working in a generalist HR role within the Financial Services sector, preferably for an Asset Management firm. Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment function is crucial, as is experience advising on ER issues. Strong employment law knowledge is required, as is CIPD accreditation. A full generalist HR skill set is of importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £45,000-£55,000 salary, and be given the opportunity to develop and utilise your generalist skill set working for this ambitious, and forward-thinking organisation.
