HR Business Partner
Our client is a leading not for profit organisation who transform lives across the UK. Due to internal re-organisation they are looking to recruit several HR Business Partners covering regional areas. This role is critical for delivering the people strategy covering all areas of people and learning. You will partner senior managers in your region and work with them to develop and implement solutions to people issues that will align with the organisation's culture and objectives. This role will enable you to utilise you analytical skills and allow you to make informed decisions based on information and insight on matters involving organisational design and effectiveness. This organisation wants to develop a true high performance culture and a major part of your role will be to drive and influence cultural change that supports their ambition of becoming the best place to work.
CIPD qualified and with a background in HR Partnering you will have developed your skills ideally in a multi site environment. Your role will require regular travel as well as a flexible approach to working hours and practice.
