Head of HR
My client, an ambitious and expanding educational charity is now seeking a senior HR generalist to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this key post offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic development, growth and impact of the Human Resources function as the organisation embarks on an exciting and significant period of growth. As Head of HR you'll thrive on the scope and variety that leading all aspects of HR strategy and operations in a growth environment offers. This will include everything from advising on and leading the due diligence and mobilisation of large scale TUPE projects and ensuring the seamless transition of employees and services, through to supporting an ambitious review of strategy to ensure the organisation continues to deliver excellence in all areas and providing guidance on best practice and policy whilst ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will require proven experience as a senior HR generalist with previous experience of leading and managing a service-driven HR function and team in a multi-site organisation. Your experience should also include developing and implementing HR strategies and should be underpinned with a degree-level education and CIPD qualification to level 7 (or equivalent). In addition to an excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, you'll possess strong experience of leading TUPE transfers, managing compliance audits in a regulated context, safeguarding and leading consultations and negotiations in a trade unionised environment. Please note that this role can offer a base location in either central London or Hertfordshire, however weekly attendance will be required across both locations with frequency being led by business needs.
