Share Plans Analyst
A global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Share Plans Analyst to join on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Deferred Compensation Manager, the Analyst will work as part of a team who are responsible for looking after all equity comp arrangements including deferrals, LTIPs, share save, global share purchase plan, global governance and vendor relationships.Other responsibilities:Manage on and off cycle variable pay awards for the executive populationSupport with the management of the discretionary share and deferred cash plan awards, as well as supporting vesting and payroll processes across all plansAct as a key focal point on the team for the share plan administrators and Group HR in responding to requests for information, preparing data and management information and suggestions for operational improvementVendor management Key requirements:Previous experience with deferred compensation either from a in house or consultancy perspectiveUnderstanding of MRT's and remuneration regulations (in particular, CRD IV) would be advantageousComfortable managing complicated buy outs/awardsUnderstanding of stock valuationStrong communicator To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
