HR Manager / Permanent / Full-time / Based in Nottingham / up to 35K
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful professional services organisation who are looking for a HR Manager on a permanent basis in Nottingham.
This would be an ideal opportunity if you are an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to progress to the next step in your HR career.
You will be responsible for all HR Generalist duties, providing day to day advice to line managers on all HR issues, management of staff and performance related issues.
·Operational management of HR services on a day to day basis;
·Maintenance of all HR related computerised records and procedures and resulting management information;
· Sickness and Absence;
·Maternity and Paternity;
·Working with the Financial Controller to ensure the payroll is completed accurately and to dead lines;
·Assist as and when necessary with recruitment process ie. set up interviews, liaise with agents and candidates and assist with interviews as when needed;
·Ensure all new employees receive an induction in accordance with company policy and receive the relevant reviews;
·Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new Job Descriptions as and when necessary;
·Provide HR material for the Intranet;
·Manage Sub-Contractor contracts.
·Level 5 CIPD;
·Minimum of 5 years generalist experience within HR;
·Experience of working with a computerised HR system;
·PC literate with good word, excel and outlook skills;
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
·Flexible approach to work;
·Excellent communication skills
