An innovative and successful financial services company is looking for a Data Analytics & Insights Specialist. You will be providing an integral role within the HR department, analysing people data, identifying trends, preparing MI reports and bringing proposed solutions. The detail

*Working collaboratively with your colleagues in HR, your accountabilities will include:
*Running reports, analysing data, identifying relevant trends and outlining actions
*Identifying and reporting on insights, any areas of concern and analysis for monthly reviews
*Producing MI reports, creating, owning and managing the dashboards and running payroll reports
*Carrying out controls testing on people data
*Involvement picking up elements of system admin for their HRIS

Skills and Experience

*Previous experience within an HR Analytical role in financial services, professional services or a corporate environment.
*Excellent attention to detail, demonstrate creative thinking with strong problem solving skills
*Advanced excel and experience of running reports from an HRIS
*Ability to manipulate and interpret data and management information
*Good understanding of HR processes and involvement in process improvement
