This is a contract role and the successful candidate must be able to start immediately.
This role can be PAYE or day rate.
The role will partner with line managers offering a professional and pragmatic ER service across the business unit. You will guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures ensuring they operate within the relevant HR policy, as well as co-ordinating and driving forward any outstanding casework activity.
Change management - This role will support with a number of change management programmes such as restructures. Having experience of this is essential.
You will be ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent and have the knowledge and experience of advising on a full range of HR management and employee relations issues within a complex organisation.
