Internal Recruitment Business Partner
Currently working with an FMCG brand who are searching for an Internal Recruitment Business Partner to join them for a minimum of 6 months. This role will begin as soon as possible so you will need to be available in the next month.
The role of Internal Recruitment Business Partner will be to overhaul and run the current recruitment process. At present this company doesn't recruit direct so you should be comfortable implementing new processes and procedures to achieve this including implanting social media profiles. You will have the tools that you need to implement this available to you as well as two resourcers to help with the production side of the business. On a day to day basis the role will manage the end to end recruitment of all roles including direct sourcing, talent pipelining, working with agencies, managing assessment centres, supporting managers with interviews and offers.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have FMCG experience although any other industry where production has been involved will also be considered. You will be a seasoned Recruitment Business Partner with a strong background of implementing processes and recruiting directly.
