A large Housing Association based in Central London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the organisation on a short term temporary arrangement through to the end December 2018. The organisation recently merged with another Housing Association therefore support is required during this busy time of change.

The HR Advisor will be able to build working relationships quickly, influence and advise senior personnel, have a solid understanding of employment law and a proven track record in handling complex ER casework. The HR Advisor will work closely with an assigned Business Partner supporting complex ER matters and will involved in supporting local restructures and change management (including TUPE).

The organisation has recently gone through a period of change, merging with a similar organisation to make a single, stronger Housing Association to the local community. The role will be busy and varied and the role is offered on an initial temporary arrangement to December 2018.
