Learning and Development - Salesforce Expert

Our client, a FTSE 100 organisation, are looking for a Learning and Development manager with knowledge and experience of Salesforce/Lightening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Learning and Development training around new Salesforce/Lightening platform
  • Provide L&D strategy for Salesforce/Lightening across the business
  • Ensuring front and back office are up to speed so that accurate information can drive commercial sales
  • Face to face presentations, inductions and webinars

Required Competencies and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce and or Lightening (Essential)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills
  • Learning and development experience
