Interim Remuneration Specialist
Daily Rate: £700-1000
London/remote working

Network HR are exclusively engaged with a global professional services firm who are actively in the market to appoint an interim Remuneration Specialist. This individual will be a seasoned reward & remuneration specialist who has extensive, proven experience of taking an organisation through a significant change programme (both in terms of culture and remuneration structure)

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of working within professional services and a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- Experience of working as a key member of a project team, delivering an effective and consultative remuneration restructuring service to a diverse workforce, across multiple geographies
- Evidence of overseeing a remuneration strategy, in particular within a professionally learned environment including complexities around:

• STIP & LTIP modelling (globally)
• Equity Ownership modelling and negotiation
• Designing and implementing performance related pay initiatives
• Remuneration restructuring to positively affect attraction, retention & engagement
