My client is an innovative and fast paced electronic company who are currently recruiting for an Organisational Development Manager based in Surrey on a permanent basis.
This role will ideally suit an experienced HR professional who really enjoys the breadth and daily variety of a fully generalist HR remit and who is able to switch their focus seamlessly from high level strategic planning to hands-on operational delivery.
This role will have a focus on delivering performance management and the talent cycle.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Design and deliver OD and change management strategies and initiatives to support the organisations goals and priorities
Work together with HRBPs to establish a culture and process for Performance Management
Develop an approach to Talent Management and succession planning and co-ordinate contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
Contribute research analysis and ideas to the development of the overall strategy to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
Develop and implement manager and staff development programs that support the organisation's succession plan
Work with the broader L+OD team to develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to deliver staff development and achievement of PDPs and creation systems that best support performance management and talent management programmes
To be successful in this position you will need a successful track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships to achieve results. You will have strong leadership capability and personal organisation skills as well as the ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
