HR Shared Service Coordinator - Dutch speaking
A global pharmaceutical company near Heathrow is looking for a Dutch speaking HR Shared Service Coordinator to join them on a 12 month rolling contract. You will provide HR support to the Netherlands, and be responsible for the full employee lifecycle.
*Create offer documents and own all onboarding activities
*Undertake new hire inductions - involving travel to the Netherlands twice per month
*Monthly preparation of payroll - updating starters/leavers/employee changes etc
*Track leave of absence, including SMP, SPP etc
*Support management of benefits
*Dutch speaker with HR experience is essential to be considered for this role
*Flexible and able to travel to the Netherlands regularly
*Excellent, and demonstrable, customer service skills
