5m interim HR BP role based in Plymouth for a large Public Sector organisation, £39,000-£44,000pa.

Your new company
A well-established large Public Sector organisation based in Plymouth are looking for a HR Business Partner for a 5 month fixed term contract. This public organisation is known for its market leading brand along with valuing its employees and the research that they do.

Your new role
You will be supporting this business with strategic developments, change management, talent management and succession planning. You will be influencing, coaching and mentoring high level employees and working on a reward and development project. You will need to be a strong HR BP Generalist who can plan and implement projects with great communication skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have keys strengths in strategy, change management and organisational design with excellent relationship building qualities. You will need to be an expert when it comes to employee relations &legislation. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and have a valid CIPD qualification.
