Your new role
The Senior HR Business Partner will partner a team of Area Directors, working to develop comprehensive people strategies that are designed to support business objectives and to create a high performance culture. The post holder will lead large scale change management programmes and develop creative people initiatives that drive growth. The Senior HR Business Partner will ensure clear talent management and succession planning programmes are in place and provide senior level advice on any HR issues. Based from Birmingham the role will include regular travel. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can demonstrate proven success of leading complex change management programmes and in providing commercial HR advice to senior leadership teams. Candidates must have a high energy and solutions focused approach, as well as enjoy working within a fast paced culture.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance. You will join a truly innovative organisation during an exciting period of business transformation.
