Learning Consultant (interim)
Interim Learning & Development Consultant
Growing L&D function requires an L&D Consultant to join their existing team of Learning Consultants on a 18 month contract.
This role will have a particular focus on leadership and management development, designing and implementing learning interventions that support leaders across the business in the early and mid stages of their career.
To be considered for this role you'll need experience of working with business leaders to understand their personal development needs and those of their team and be able to bring evidence of the learning interventions you've designed and delivered as a result. A strong, consultative listener with excellent stakeholder management skills will thrive in this role. An ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organisation is essential combined with a focus on business requirements, ensuring activity is of high value.
