HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well-known retail brand based in West London who are looking to appoint an interim and permanent HR Business Partner to join their team. You will sit within a small HR team and support the HR Director in achieving the HR team's strategic objectives, as set out in our people plan. You will act as a lead on a range of different processes and projects, aligned to a particular client group, and leading the team to deliver operationally. Main responsibilitiesBuilding amazing, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, bringing commercial and people insight to help create the best possible place to work that drives the delivery of the business objectives.Working with relevant experts in the People team, supporting in the "day to day":People relations;Learning and development;Talent acquisition;ComplianceLeading the sound of execution of all People processes (including pay, general transactions, etc.)Developing and implementing policies and other people assets that align to and facilitate the development and nurturing of our culture.Leading the implementation of projects in line with budget and overall people plan. To be successful for this role you will have previous retail experience within a senior BP level role and be available at short notice. You should have strong leadership and operational management skills and have a strong business-oriented approach. You should have extensive experience working in a multi-site business in an entrepreneurial business.
