A global financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the HR team based in Paris to manage European hiring.

Reporting in to the Head of Recruitment (based in London), as a Senior Recruiter within this global financial services organisation, you will be responsible for managing European hiring (all levels and functions) working closely with the European Head of HR & Paris based HR team as well as business heads. More specifically, you will primarily drive hiring processes across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, managing this directly and working with your PSL. The organisation consists of circa 28000 employees globally, 4500 across EMEA and circa 300 based in Paris.

You will be an accomplished financial services Senior Recruiter with a track record operating in internal Recruitment roles in global matrix organisations. You will be fluent in French. Degree (preferred).
