Our client is a UK leader with distinct brands, a fantastic track record of growth and customer loyalty. An internal restructure has created a new role supporting the HR Director and Head of Reward. Based out of their Head Office this is a key role in the UK Reward function supporting Senior/Executive reward. Key headlines are:
Director/Executive reward management
Insight and analysis, salary benchmarking, Incentive scheme design and communication including calculations and pay
Share plan management
Management of the annual pay / incentive cycle for Directors
Responsibilities will include:
Provide insight, analysis and recommendations on new joiner reward packages including benchmark data, internal relativities and joining arrangements
To own, review, update and co-ordinate salary benchmarking data that is relevant to senior leaders in all global markets.
To develop pay architecture for Directors
To regularly review internal and external sources of data to interpret the data and make recommendations based on sound analysis and insight.
To deliver salary and incentive data for the ExCo
Success in this role will be achieved through effective corporate governance through provision of valued insight and recommendations through analysis and accuracy. Candidates will be expected to have senior level HR/Reward experience including, or exclusively, Director level Pay and reward schemes. You'll be able to clearly evidence your analytical experience through knowledge, market data and benchmarking knowledge. You'll be an experienced Reward Manager with at least 5+ years Reward experience with excellent dashboard reporting, presentation and communication skills.
