Reward Manager - Europe
Fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and highly analytical Reward Manger to join this market leading Global business in Berkshire.
Reporting the the Head of Department, key responsibilities will include -
- Reward Policy Management - including design, maintenance and implementation
- The management of Total Reward planning and implementation across Europe
- Ownership of the regional appraisal policy linked to Reward
You will have a proven track record in the development of Reward strategy and planning, with key achievements in European Reward Management role. You will also have significant experience of job evaluation and the ability to manage and continually enhance Reward delivery in a complex and matrix environment with a strong alignment to the company philosophy and values. Suitable candidates should also be educated to degree level and ideally be CIPD qualified.
