£35,000 + car

A leading B2B services business – with an unrivalled reputation – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused Regional HR Advisor to provide a complete and varied generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.

Covering sites across Scotland and the North East you will act as first point of contact for staff, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues including ER, recruitment, retention, engagement, Trade Union consultations and training delivery.

Working closely with a HR Business Partner you will work autonomously, taking ownership of HR issues across multiple sites at once. As such you must have excellent planning and organisational skills! With this in mind you must be a proactive HR professional with the ability to identify and deal with issues quickly and efficiently before these escalate.

In this role you will be exposed to both business as usual and project work, and the role will provide you with development that will benefit your career long-term.

To be considered for this role you must:

Be a true HR Generalist, having touched on all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
Have worked within a Unionised environment and been involved in negotiations with Union representatives;
Have managed change;
Be a proactive HR practitioner and understand how to increase management accountability and capability in order to deal with their own People issues;
Be flexible in terms of travel across sites across Scotland and the North East (this WILL include very overnight stays);
Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards).
