Employee Engagment Lead
My client is an award-winning housing association looking to appoint a Employee Engagement Lead. Value led and involved in many exciting projects the association provides over 21000 homes across community development projects and within the commercial arm of their business. This association has won awards not only for the work they do in sustainability and environmentally friendly planning but also in Best UK workplace and regeneration projects alongside recently achieving the Top 100 Sunday Best Company and employer of choice.

The role is crucial in developing the organisation for future success in helping to become a top 20 Sunday Times Best Company and an employer of choice. Working closely with the directors, managers and colleagues you'll bring to life the values of integrity, open, inclusive, caring in everything you do, and put in place the plans, initiatives and actions required to be successful.
You will be able to demonstrable experience in leading employee engagement projects from start to finish whilst being able to define what worked what didn't and how you continued to provoke engagement throughout the project. You'll be naturally driven, with exceptional communication skills along with an analytical, systematic approach to your work. With proven project management experience, you'll be able to demonstrate how you will put in place detailed plans and the framework to deliver agreed outcomes to deadline. You'll have experience of designing and facilitating engagement sessions for colleagues at all levels to continue to drove the engagement strategy forward.
This role would suit either an employee engagement specialist or a HR Professional with Employee Engagement project experience. This could be as part of a large change project such as culture change, mergers or acquisitions or from a wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion project. This role works closely with HR and the comms team so experience in internal communications would also be a plus.
