This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality, consistent reward advice, support and services to managers, employees and outside parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, confidence, and effectiveness

The Role

Provide high quality, consistent advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and HR Business Partners with regards to reward processes, policy and associated documents to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
Support the wider business during take-on activity to complete both the Business Knowledge Matrix.
To review and continuously improve the Business Knowledge Matrix, sharing knowledge both within SSC and to the wider HR Business Partner community.
Undertake, manage, train and communicate the development, delivery and continuous evaluation of the Business Knowledge Matrix along with any associated policies and procedures, ensuring that they accurately reflect the organisations values, objectives and strategies, and support its business needs and future requirements, whilst fitting with legislative requirements and minimising risk to the organisation.
Subject matter expert for various historical terms and conditions that are still in force within the organisation
You will have a key focus around: Policy Development, Performance and customer focus, Project management and compliance. More information can be given upon application.

Skills Required

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs
Ability to build and establish effective relationships in order to elicit information from key individuals
Engages stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs, building good relationships with internal and external departments and 3rd party organisations.
