The key priorities of this role are to be a hands-on generalist including volume and complex casework, recruitment, absence, along with working closely with the stakeholders to work on future talent pipeline, projects and recruitment drives.
You would also, contribute to the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives, lead HR projects and at times manage, motivate and develop the team.
The successful candidate will have extensive HR generalist experience within a similar fast paced, professional, commercially focused environment where you will have had exposure to a variety of HR issues including volume casework, recruitment, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.
You will be CIPD qualified and possess a good working knowledge of employment law and ideally available to start in October/November.
£40,000 - £45,000 pa (depending on experience) + benefits.
