Your new role
You will provide effective administration of employee benefit schemes - supporting clients, the wider team where necessary and assist more senior members of the team to provide a full range of compensation/ reward/ benefits services.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a team player focused on maximising the service provision. This will require strong allround administrative skills. Some compensation and benefits experience and/or knowledge is also desirable.
