Learning & Development Advisor - Legal
A leading UK based law firm are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will build relationships with practice areas and infrastructure whilst providing a comprehensive and proactive advisory service on all L&D activities. As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for:Supporting and collaborating with the L&D Manager to conduct learning needs analysis and providing best practice and advice to staffAssisting the L&D Manager in improving evaluation activitiesAssisting the L&D Manager to design and develop quality learning content, materials and resources, generally with third party suppliersProject managing a range of small to medium range projects e.g. reviewing current programmesResearching and recommending innovative new approaches and continuous improvements to learning events and implementing them effectivelyGaining a good understanding of the new LMS and having the ability to pull reports and manipulate MI to present back when neededEstablishing and maintaining close working relationships externally and internallyAssisting in developing, managing and monitoring the firm's career development programmes including assisting with assessment, development centres and reporting on candidatesAs the Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:A robust, confident and proactive attitudeCommercial awarenessGravitas and ability to influence effectively at various levelsA proven track record of delivering measurable resultsStrong workload management skillsExperience within Professional Services/Legal EnvironmentGood analytical skillsStrong MS Office skillsIf this Learning & Development Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
