I am working with a growing global pharmaceutical organisation in helping them hire a new Internal Recruiter. This organisation has a long and successful history and huge growth plans over the coming years and therefore recruitment and talent is very high on the agenda. This role shall take full ownership of the resourcing and recruitment for across the business both in London and Europe, including key growth areas such as Germany, Spain and Italy. The role shall recruit across commercial and function, including medical science and across all levels ( £40k – 150k+). The key focus is to hire in excellent talent for this business as it continues to grow so there will be a big expectation on both delivery and results. The role would manage and deliver a full cycle recruitment and selection process, including networking, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and working with hiring managers across the business. This individual will manage all third party suppliers and all talent acquisition platform and channels.  You will be the ambassador for this company, often first point of contact for any new individual wanting to join, therefore my client are looking for someone with gravitas, confidence, able to impress and development strong relationships.  

Key attributes I am looking for to be considered for this role:

  • Degree educated
  • Full end to end recruitment experience, preferably In-house
  • Open to sector but preferably Life Sciences experience
  • Experienced working in a global business with a truly multi-cultural environment
  • Strong networker and relationship driven
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Results focussed
  • Able to work at pace and with a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable with some occasional travel
