Interim HR Consultant
Currently working with a client in Reading who are looking for an Interim HR Consultant to join them for 6 months. The successful candidate will have strong employee relations exposure and should be comfortable pushing back with line managers.
The role of interim HR Consultant will be to work alongside the Head of HR and HR Business Partner helping the line managers through the transition to a HR Shared Service environment. Line managers now have the tools to be far more independent than before however they are not used to this so the HR team are being swamped with questions and requests. Whilst they are happy to answer them at this stage, they would ideally someone to join the team who could work with the lines to initially answer their questions but latterly to point them in the right direction to be independent. Over and above this due to this being a changing environment, this candidate will also help out with ad-hoc projects and day to day duties.
The successful candidate for this role will be a CIPD qualified HR professional who is patient and empathetic in their approach. On the flip side they will also need to be comfortable pushing back when needs be.
