Permanent HRBP Leeds base People management essential , Level 7 CIPD essential

The HRBP will lead a team of HR Advisors and a Resourcing Specialist and will be supported by a HR Manager and a recruitment team. They will be capable of influencing and driving organisational development and workforce development issues which - in turn - will underpin the successful delivery of business plans.

They will be responsible for designing and supporting the delivery of innovative and business-focused organisational and workforce development solutions which will encourage a culture that fosters high performance and engagement, embeds good people practices, and creates an environment that develops a healthy and resilient workforce.

The post holder will work closely with other senior members of the HR&OD team to jointly deliver on shared objectives, working closely with the regional HR Manager and all areas of the wider HR team.

The post holder should ideally hold a Master's degree in HR Management and/or have current and extensive experience of working at strategic level within an HR or OD role in a multi-disciplinary environment. They are required to hold Chartered status with CIPD. They should have demonstrable experience of successfully delivering a range of sustainable OD related work programmes within expected financial and time restrictions.

The post is offered on a permanent full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week. The post holder would be ideally located in Leeds or surrounding area but can expect some travel to other sites .
