Our client is an established and successful manufacturing business that is globally successful. As the Head of HR for a group of European countries you will join a business going through positive change and transformation. As the ideal candidate you will be a strong business partner with a proven track record in both soft and hard HR programmes. You will be comfortable leading programmes and also being a team member. You need to be fast paced but also have patience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead an HR function for a group of European offices
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing Talent Management programmes
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing new HR technology programmes
  • Strong knowledge of EU employment law

Key personality traits:

  • Ability to assess priorities
  • Blend autonomy with team work
  • Confidence to lead and the confidence to take a step back
  • Ability to be commercial yet pragmatic
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language of French, Dutch or German
  • Good sense of humour
