Leadership Development Management Consultant - French Speaking
This successful organisation specialises in Talent Assessment and Leadership Development, working with a range of high profile clients. You will:
- Work across both the UK and France; implementing a range of complex, integrated leadership development solutions tailored to each client.
- Be part of the engagement from end to end - partnering with the sales team to contribute to RFP/RFIs, scoping work, managing budgets and timelines, delivery solutions and providing strategic project support.
For this role you must be fluent in both English and French. Your clients will be based in both the UK and France so you're role will involve frequent travel between the two.
- You'll have extensive Leadership Development experience
- You will be experienced in working with senior stakeholders and comfortable with engagement and management of these individuals.
