Senior HR Advisor
My client, a small to medium Global Marketing & Research agency in central London are seeking a Senior HR Advisor as an addition to the team. They are an ambitious organisation and are extremely innovative, so if you mirror these qualities you will fit in really well! The company is growing so this is an exciting time to join.
I am seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Advisor, ideally CIPD qualiified or equivalant and degree qualiified or equivalent. It is desirable to have worked in an M&R company previously to this. You will nurture colleagues, engage Advisors and drive some ambitious growth plans moving forwards.
Maintain and update data systems
Find the best Talent to join the organisation - and help retain them
Work through general HR documentation/ administration
Provide coaching/ counselling to Managers as required
Lead on employee relations cases across the organisation
Assist with the writing and updating of HR policies
Manage monthly payroll updates
Train, develop and support colleagues across the organisation
Co-ordinate global mobility i.e Visa applications, on boarding in a particular country
Manage bi-annual performance reviews

You will have high levels of emotional intelligence and able to work with different client groups across different countries when needed. You will be versatile, adaptable a positive thinker who sees solutions where other see issues. You will have second to nonw grammar and communication skills. You will be able to keep your cool when the pressure is high and love working in a creative, fast-paced environment! If you are fluent in 1 or more European languages this would be desirable. You will have ideally 3-6 years experience in HR and would have worked through a total HR life cycle in one role i.e 2 years or more. This is a permanent opportunity.
